The Maria Suarez Story

This week host, Opal Singleton, will be interviewing, Maria Suarez, who will share her personal story as a survivor of human trafficking. Maria was born in Mexico and at the age of 15, a man from Azusa, California bought her for $200. She later spent 22 years wrongly incarcerated for the murder of her captor.
